Description of the work area:
An Internship in Hotel and Catering will usually involve a range of front office activities at one of several prestige hotels across Brighton. This can be an excellent job experience if you need to get hands on experience in the hotel management field to add to your CV or for your studies.

I really liked my colleagues, they were so nice and always ready to help, i was part of all the different tasks at the cafe which was really nice. Both the colleagues and the customers were interested in me and wanted to talk with me which I was really happy about . I felt welcome.
Advice to future interns: Just speak with the customers & your work colleagues! Everyone was so nice and open to know more about you. Dont worry about making mistakes 🙂
