What an internship is

Originating in the United States, the idea of the internship placement was to provide people with vocational work experience opportunities prior to or upon completion of their degree studies before they entered the workforce.

Today, internships and work experiences have been embraced all over the world, and it is universally accepted that these types of programmes are an excellent educational experience for students whilst providing a valuable contribution to the employer’s workforce.

Here in Brighton, more and more firms understand the benefits of accepting a student. Our interns come from many EU countries, and all have good or fluent English; some also take lessons at a language school locally alongside their placement.
